Dr. Jakov Raguz

MD GMC RCPSC

Dr. Raguz graduated from the University of Toronto with distinction before attending Medical School (MD) at the University of Zagreb, Croatia and completing his residency program in South London and Maudsley NHS in the UK. Dr. Raguz’ interest and expertise focus on helping patients, and most recently this includes veterans, suffering with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).  Dr. Raguz is fluent in English and Croatian.

Dr. Dina Lagzdins

MD GMC RCPSC

Dr. Dina obtained her medical degree from the Yaroslavl Medical Academy in Russia, followed by her clinical fellowship in psychiatry at the University of Toronto, and her psychiatric residency program at Schulich Medicine in London, ON. During her time at the University of Toronto, she was nominated as one of the four most accomplished fellows for her work in the areas of schizophrenia and addiction.  She is also the recipient of the Centre for Mental Health and Addiction (CAMH) Five Years’ Service Award in 2018. Her clinical work experience in Canada spans over 14 years with the last 5 years working at the London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) in London, ON. Her special interest is in women’s mental health.  She is passionate about empowering and uplifting women whose lives have been affected by mental health.  Her goal is to transform women’s lives by providing them with the support and resources they need to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Dr. Mohammad Attar Khan

MB, BS FRCPC

Dr. Khan has over 13 years of experience working as Consultant Psychiatrist in Canada. He completed his 5-year psychiatric residency and his child/adolescent psychiatric training at the University of Saskatchewan before completing a further 2 years fellowship in forensic psychiatry from the University of British Columbia. He is a Certified Specialist with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in General Adult Psychiatry and a Subspecialist in Child/Adolescent and Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Khan is also a Senior Consultant of Psychiatry with the Forensic Psychiatric Commission of BC, a Consultant of Child/Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry with the Surrey Memorial Hospital, and a Clinical Instructor at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Khan is fluent in English, Arabic, Pashto, Urdu, and Hindi.

She completed her residency in the UK and has spent the past eight years providing medical care to diverse communities. Her approach to healthcare is built on empathy, trust, and a strong belief in fostering collaborative relationships with her patients.

With a passion for preventive medicine and holistic wellness, Dr. Adenjili works closely with her patients to empower them in achieving their optimal health. Gwen Bonas

BScPhm MACP

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Her therapeutic approach involves holding a safe space for those individuals facing challenging circumstances as they work on self-discovery, personal growth, and change. She uses an integrative approach to meet the needs of the clients whether they are looking for coping skills, goal setting, problem-solving or someone to listen to, and provide validation as they process their experiences.  The modalities that she primarily uses include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy as well as Solution Focused Therapy and a Humanistic approach, while honouring the strengths and abilities of the clients.

Natalia Vyzhol

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO.  She has trained extensively in Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT), and Somatic Approaches.  She provides clients with the tools to help them better understand themselves and education on various coping strategies that the clients can use to handle the challenges they experience in their lives.   Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and insightful. She most enjoys the collaboration with the clients to set goals at the beginning of therapy, to work with the clients to achieve those goals, and to celebrate the milestones.
